Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative strategist to support the development of effective advertising creatives for mobile games.
The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze advertising performance, identify creative insights, and transform those learnings into clear production briefs concept for motion and graphic teams.
The ideal candidate has experience working with marketing performance data, understands mobile game advertising creatives, and can communicate requirements clearly to production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis
Analyze advertising and creative performance data.
Review key metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and ROAS.
Identify patterns behind successful and underperforming creatives.
Summarize findings and provide practical recommendations.
Creative Brief Development
Create creative briefs for video, motion, and static advertising assets.
Define content objectives, key messages, hooks, references, and deliverables.
Translate performance insights into actionable production requirements.
Competitor & Market Research
Research competitor advertising creatives and industry trends.
Identify new content opportunities and creative approaches.
Collect references and examples to support production teams.
Production Support
Work closely with motion
designers,
graphic designers, editors, and marketing teams.
Ensure all requirements are clear before production begins.
Provide clarification and feedback throughout production when needed.
Client Communication
Participate in client meetings when required.
Present findings, creative recommendations, and briefing requirements clearly.
Maintain professional communication with international clients.
