Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Multimedia Communication, Digital Media, or a relevant discipline
- Good command of English (written)
Core Skills
- Solid understanding of video production fundamentals, including camera operation, lighting techniques, audio equipment, and on-set best practices.
- Exceptional creative conceptualization and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating briefs into compelling video concepts.
- Strong storytelling skills and deep understanding of visual communication principles to craft engaging, high-conversion content.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to critically assess footage (lighting, performance, composition, pacing) and provide precise, actionable feedback.
- Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking skills - able to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Video Producer,
Production Executive, or equivalent role.
- Proven hands-on experience producing digital video content, including social media videos, advertising creatives, or performance-oriented campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating production of high-quality commercial video assets is highly preferred.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, DTC brands, or performance marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to managing external production partners (studios, freelancers, models) and end-to-end video workflows is a plus.
