You will support the end-to-end execution of online campaigns and assist with the daily operations of our creators. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist in e-commerce creator operation & planning work
Focus on onboarding new creators and making customized cultivation livestream plans
Familiarize various operations & analytical tools to cluster and profile creators by characteristics
Analyze the e-commerce content (short video/livestream) performance, to help them to improve e-commerce sales conversion rate and traffic conversion rate
Prepare reports & keep track of creators' data performance
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a undergraduate in Marketing or a related business discipline.
Good technical writing skills, communication abilities, impeccable logic.
Good understanding of TikTokShop, E-commerce, TikTok content & trending.
Especially
TikTok livestream / short video.
Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
Preferred Qualification
Have strong networking/experience working with creator / influencers.
Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing.
