Your responsibilities will include:
As a CRM Admin, your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and management of clients' data within our CRM software - XPlan.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize data feeds to ensure client data is accurate.
- CRM Management: Assist in the day-to-day administration of the CRM system, including data entry, data cleaning, and system updates.
- User Support: Provide support to CRM users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and ensuring optimal use of the CRM system.
- Data Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing campaigns.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to CRM processes and workflows.
- Integration: Support the integration of the CRM system with other business tools and software.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of CRM processes and procedures.
