Cross-Border E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Off-site Posting & Promotion
Plan and execute high-impact off-site promotional activities (Deals) and distribute them accurately across major deal platforms (e.g., Kinja, Slickdeals, Dealnews, Vipon, Facebook Deals Groups, etc.).
Track, analyze, and review campaign performance, including ROI evaluation and optimization recommendations.
2. Influencer/KOL Marketing
Proactively identify, source, and build a database of influencers/KOLs/bloggers in relevant verticals, primarily targeting the US and European markets.
Manage the full collaboration lifecycle independently: initial outreach, negotiation, contract signing, sample coordination, content review, and performance tracking.
Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize influencer strategies and maximize ROI.
3. Social Media Management
Manage and operate overseas social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) including daily content planning and publishing.
Create and edit high-conversion promotional copy and social posts to drive traffic and conversions to Amazon stores.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, producing engaging, high-quality photo/video content to boost engagement, follower growth, and brand loyalty.
Interact with users by responding to comments and messages promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
Monitor social media analytics and generate regular performance reports with improvement suggestions.
4. Cross-team Collaboration
Work closely with the Amazon operations team, design team, and customer service team to ensure alignment between on-site and off-site marketing activities.
