1. Customer Engagement & Program Execution:
• Support the execution of customer engagement initiatives and activation programs
2. Documentation Accuracy & Process Compliance:
• Prepare program documentation, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines
3. Digital Content Quality:
• Create and curate digital communication content across relevant channels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. University recommendation letter with stamp is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic content management tools
• Detail-oriented - able to prepare accurate documentation and follow established processes with minimal errors
• Strong communicator - clear written and verbal communication skills for crafting digital content and coordinating with stakeholders
• Organised & deadline-driven - able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet timelines consistently
• Use good English in communication and reporting.
