Chat/Call/Join Meetings to guide customers in using our software to resolve business problems.
Monitor and support customers during the process of using the software.
Coordinate with the technical department to handle issues reported by customers.
Using CX Genie's chatbot to optimize work efficiency) and sending feedback to the Project Manager to improve the product.

Yêu cầu
Skillful in communication and problem solving.
Having knowledge of sales and marketing is an advantage
Being able to learn how to use softwares quickly is an advantage.
< 1 year of experience in the Customer Support position
Having experience in customer support for IT companies is a plus
Proactive, energetic, and good communication skills
Good English skills
