Mô tả công việc
Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal departments to collect required information and handle customs clearance procedures
Accurately input shipment data into customs declaration systems (ECUS) and internal systems
Prepare and manage export/import documentation (contracts, B/L, CIPL, and other related documents)
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues arising during the clearance process
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (University) in Logistics, International Business, or related fields
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customs clearance or import-export operations
Language: English proficiency (equivalent to Level B or above)
Computer Skills: Proficient in ECUS customs system and Microsoft Excel
Working Abilities:
Solid knowledge of import-export procedures, including documentation, cargo classification, and relevant regulations/policies
Good data handling and Excel skills are an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and handle overtime when required
