Customs Clearance & Trucking Coordinator

* Mandatory tasks:
- Prepare and check import-export document, check HS code and item policy for all kinds of items, focus on Autoparts, machine, making liquidation report( if required)
- Follow up with vendor to monitor and update customs clearance & trucking schedule to customers.
- Contact overseas agents to revise documents for customs declaration if necessary.
- Active in updating relevant/new information, Decrees, Decisions and Guidelines of Government and Authorities related to scope of work to Managers, Operation team and related Customers;
- Professionally consult customers on customs issues or risks to avoid penalty charge, C/O making, liquidation report when customers have needs.
- Consult and arrange suitable transportation vehicles for the shipments to customers.
- Input customs and trucking cost Invoices on the system, paying tax (if any).
* Supportive tasks:
- Build up relationships with authoritiy of customs or visit customs office if required.
- Support operations related to shipment: contact shipping lines, airport, forwarder to get D/O, submit documents to local Authorities, split HAWB at the airport if necessary.
- Support operation team to follow up delivery status of the shipments after customs clearance is done.
- Other requirement by Senior Manager.
