Mô tả công việc
Import-Export Operations and Consultation:
Review policies and regulations related to import and export.
Collect market trends and customer demands, reporting to the logistics manager.
Advise the sales team and clients on efficient, cost-effective, and compliant freight and customs clearance solutions.
Provide import-export consultation to sales and customers, including attending client meetings with the sales team when required.
Propose solutions and provide service quotes to the sales department.
Logistics Execution:
Receive service requests and customs declaration information from sales/customers, open BL files, and prepare customs clearance documents.
Handle complaints, organize delivery and customs clearance per client/agent requirements, and address any arising issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments to perform customs clearance and freight operations.
Register specialized licenses as required and issue certificates of origin upon request.
Monitor and update service progress for customers/sales.
Manage invoices and payment documents.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Submit weekly/monthly reports to the department head.
Discuss arising issues with supervisors and propose service improvements.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in transportation and import-export freight forwarding.
Proficient in customs declaration, Incoterms, international payment, cargo insurance, and specific industry processes (e.g., food, chemicals, quality inspection).
Strong knowledge of regulations, decrees related to import-export, and skills in drafting documents and contracts.
Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and specialized software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and in teams, handle pressure, and adapt to flexible schedules.
At least 5 years of experience in transportation and import-export freight forwarding.
