Mô tả công việc
EXPORT:
• Receive full documents from customer to open Export CD.
• Make others necessary related document.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete the delivery of goods.
• Arrange schedule and control trucking from Customer's warehouse to Port.
• Following Shipping schedule until delivery to Foreign importer.
• Solve issue during processing.
• Support customer and do other works under nominated from manager.
• Make report about shipment and related expenses.
IMPORT:
• Receive full documents from customer to open Import CD.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete receiving goods.
• Arrange schedule and control trucking from Port to Customer's warehouse.
• Following Shipping schedule until finish delivery.
• Solve issue during processing.
• Support customer and do other works under nominated from manager.
• Make report about shipment and related expenses.
Domestis & CO:
• Receive full Domestics documents from customer to open CD.
• Receive documents and requirement from customer to make CO.
• Prepare necessary document to submit to VCCI/ Ministry of Industry and Trade or others Departments.
• Solve issue during processing.
• Support customer and do other works under nominated from manager.
• Make report about shipment and related expenses.
Yêu cầu
• English proficiency (This is a top priority)
• Proficiency in customs declaration procedures - creating declarations.
• Experience working for logistics service companies (Preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in a related position.
• Ability to travel to job sites.
• Regular use of the ECUSS system.
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal changes.
• Thorough understanding of various types of customs declarations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an active customs professional certificate.
