Build automation testing strategy and test scripts as required.
Build the framework as well as the Automation direction for the team.
Creating test scenarios and test scripts according business requirements
Setting up, configuring and performing automation/performance scripts
Investigating and resolving issues/bugs during automation/performance development and operation
Operating and reporting automation/performance test results for project team, system owners and related participants
Attending training courses about business knowledge as well as testing skills
Participate to create, enhance process to improve automation/performance test productivity
Manager a team which have 3-5members

1. Trình độ Học vấn
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience
Have at least 6 years experience in software testing (manual or automation test)
Have at least 3 years experience with Automation testing/Performance Testing, such as Selenium, Appium, Jmeter. Playwright, ...
Able to develop automation test script using Java, Python, ...
Have knowledge about software testing
Have knowledge about web locator, database, web services...

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Ability in English reading and writing (mandatory), and speaking, listening (preferable).
Teamwork, careful, attention to detail, logical thinking
