1. Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Perform yield mass balancing to ensure accurate tracking of material input and output.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query development, Power BI dashboard, and manufacturing data analysis.
2. Reporting:
Generate comprehensive end-to-end production reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize production performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data analysis processes and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in data management and reporting.
4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Support cross-functional teams with data requests and analytical projects.
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics are a plus.
2. Experience:
Proven experience as a
Data Analyst, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Good English proficiency.
Experience with yield mass balancing and production reporting is highly desirable.
