Job Description

Upcoming scope of work
- Analyse customer usage to provide insights to leadership team (data trends, patterns, and relationships)
- Able to clean and structure data from multiple sources
- Ensure data quality by coordinating with Product & Engineering
- Support Customer Success team in analyzing customer trends
- Able to present data and insights across functions
- Able to build dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students who can work at least four days per week
- Youngsters who poss Intermediate to fluent level in English.
- Preferably has already worked in multicultural teams
- An early adopter of new products/technologies
Field requirements:
- Excellent command of Excel / GSheet - especially formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with MixPanel or other product analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to code (back-end) is a plus
