Job Description

In TikiNOW Smart Logistic (TNSL), we sharply focus on providing solutions for fulfillment & delivery - the two critical pieces inside Tiki end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem. As a member of the Data Platform team, our mission is to build up the platform of data that enables people to make decisions & take actions with data-driven. Our work involves in areas such as finance, inventory management, fulfillment, delivery or even after-sale service to enable teams across the organizations to build up analytical products & advanced optimizations solutions. Our goal is to help maximize the value of each domain contributed to the customer & company.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to stand together with us and take responsibility for building and developing a strong analytic organization to help us understand customers, business across and make the right decision at the right time.

What will you do?

Understand the logic of data. Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from multiple data sources, understand and maintain the flow of data from origin to data warehouse.
Work closely with software engineers to design systems that are friendly for tracking & logging data.
Be a brother-in-arms with Product Manager to find out core metrics to drive product.
Break down metrics into data points that are track-able.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Provide useful insights from data for making toughest and vital decisions.
Corporate with Data scientists to clarify the logic of AI signals, find out available data sources and implement the pipeline to drive data and aggregate signals.

Requirements

Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL), programming (R)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Good at leadership skill (training, coaching skill...)
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
