Mô tả công việc
Purpose of position
Report directly to CFO, lead company's data analysis team and related data projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Manage (recruit, train, develop, supervise KPIs) company's data analysis team (data engineers, BI report developers, data analysts, data scientists...) to perform data analysis and support other deparments with their data analysis needs.
Build and maintain company's data warehouse systems with data adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy in mind.
Develop and maintain the current reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Understand both the short-term goals and long-term business strategy of the company and build new processes and systems to apply data analysis and data-driven decision making for the company.
Identify opportunities/threats to improve sales, customer experiences, internal operations... via data mining modeling, write comprehensive reports to interpret results and communicating actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Work closely with leaders across departments to set data projects' expectations and communicate them with users frequently.
Other tasks as assignment by his/her direct manager/supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Have at least a bachelor's degree in a field related to data (computer science, information technology, data mining, data analysis, statistics...) (master's degree from a regionally accredited university may be prefered).
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of cloud architectures and data-related services (Azure/Amazon/Google).
Version control (git prefered).
Experience
At least 5 years of experiences in a position monitoring, managing, manipulation and drawing insights from data; and at least 3 year of experience in data analysis management position.
Technical skills
Working knowledge of analytical techniques to uncover patterns in data and applying the results for business value: apply descriptive analysis, predictive modeling, text analytics, geospatial analytics, entity analytics, decision management and optimization to identify patterns and deploy predictive models into operational systems.
Project management skills (Scrum framework and Azure Devops software prefered).
Data mining process (CRISP-DM or KDDS).
Strong SQL, Python (or some other programming languages) skills.
Experience with at least one data mining tool (SPSS Modeler/SAS Enterprise Miner/Rapid Miner...).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI...)
Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Soft skills
Have business mindset.
