1. Lead improvement activities on waste reduction and quality improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to identify the improvement opportunity
- Cascade the improvement area to related pillars, departments, and teams.
- Regular review and follow-up to make sure the performance is on track with plan
- Benchmarking with other sites and regions for best practice sharing
- Tracking the improvement result, frequently reporting, and escalating to LT for further support if needed
2. Data collection, analysis and report
- Works closely with related departments to assist with waste and quality data and issue the local & regional reports/ dashboards on time.
- Responsible for managing frequent reports and collaborating with the cross-functional team to define gaps in Data collection, formalization & analysis to improve the metrics performance.
3. Systems maintain
- Build up systems to ensure the activities follow a standard routine and comply with company requirements, if any.
- Conduct training sessions related to Metrics SOP & Workflow of Data collection.
- Set up internal audit to ensure data compliance with company requirement
