We are seeking a dedicated and organized Data Processing Analyst to join our team, supporting operations during the evening hours to align with our U.S.-based clientele.
Job Description:
As a Data Processing Analyst working in the offshore evening shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Client's Operation team and enhancing our service to U.S.-based producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
• Review incoming submissions to ensure completeness and readiness.
• Verify that submissions have not been received from other producers.
• Communicate with producers through email, gathering necessary information to complete submissions.
• Accurately enter data into our company systems.
• Organize and file documents in appropriate system folders.
• Assist Underwriters in generating quotes and non-premium bearing endorsements as directed.
• Perform additional support duties as assigned by the team.
Yêu cầu
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 or above.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Technical proficiency with all computer systems necessary for efficient task management.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
