Job Title: Data Entry Associate (Offshore, Evening Shift - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Location: Vietnam (main offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Starting Salary: $800

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our offshore team and support our U.S.-based clients during evening hours. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain international work experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Job Description:
As an As a Data Processing /Data Entry Associate working in the offshore evening shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Client's Operation team and enhancing our service to U.S.-based producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with US clients daily and able to work special hours overlapping with US from 3pm to 12am
• Review incoming submissions to ensure completeness and readiness.
• Verify that submissions have not been received from other producers.
• Communicate with producers through email, gathering necessary information to complete submissions.
• Accurately enter data into our company systems.
• Organize and file documents in appropriate system folders.
• Assist Underwriters in generating quotes and non-premium bearing endorsements as directed.
• Perform additional support duties as assigned by the team.

Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English. IELTS 7.0 or above
• Education background in business or any other relevant fields preferred
• Willing to commit to the position for at least 2 years
• Strong attention to details
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Technical proficiency with all computer systems necessary for efficient task management.
• Willingness to learn continuously and to quickly adapt to fast-paced and dynamic working environment
