Analyze user behavior and business metrics to support MVP decisions and iteration cycles
Collaborate with product managers and Lead Concept Development to define success metrics and KPIs
Build machine learning models or algorithms to enhance product functionality
Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses
Communicate findings/insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to cross-project data practices and support consistency across the BU

Analytical & Technical skills
Proficient in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
Experience working with structured and unstructured data, large datasets
Familiarity with data analytics, visualization libraries/tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, Plotly, seaborn, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience building and tuning models with MLlibraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow) is a plus
Solid understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
Bonus: knowledge of MLOps practices (exposure to cloud platforms AWS/GCP/Azure for ML workflows), notebooks (Jupyter), or data versioning tools (DVC)

Background & Experience
Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
Experience supporting product teams, building MVPs, or working in an innovation/startup context is highly valued
Passion for solving new problems, adapting approaches to different domains, and helping build the data backbone of new ventures
