Role Description
The Data Scientist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Hanoi Capital Region.
The Data
Scientist will gather, clean, and analyze data from restaurant operations, customer behavior, and business performance to generate actionable insights. This role involves building statistical and machine learning models, designing experiments, and evaluating their impact on sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Scientist will create clear dashboards and visualizations, prepare reports for leadership, and collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support data-informed decisions. The role also includes documenting methodologies, maintaining data pipelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Science and Data Analytics for building models and extracting business insights.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Analysis for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Visualization for developing clear dashboards and reports that support decision-making.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.
Background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related quantitative field; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise way to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets, business intelligence tools, or cloud-based data platforms is beneficial.
Prior experience in F&B, retail, or a similar data-rich consumer sector is an advantage.
