Data Team Leader

As a Data Team Leader, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing or supply chain environment. You will be responsible for leading data-enabled projects, ensuring they are well-coordinated and meet user expectations. Your core function is to bridge the gap between technical data solutions and business needs, ensuring the team delivers actionable insights that directly support strategic decisions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Lead and manage the data-enabled projects and daily activities, with a focus on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will define project scopes, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are met.
• Hands-on Technical Contribution: Work directly with the team to build data pipelines, automation workflows, and integrated AI applications. This includes contributing to tasks such as data cleaning, processing, and analysis, leveraging AI-driven tools, including Generative AI and agentic AI tools, to enhance data analytics processes.
• Data Analytics Advisory: Provide expert technical consultation on data analysis and solution design for the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders. You will translate complex business requirements into technical tasks and effectively communicate data-driven findings and insights to non-technical audiences.
• Data Literacy & Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the department management team to drive the data literacy culture within the department. This includes setting the foundation for successful AI adoption and ensuring the team's efforts contribute directly to the company's Manufacturing 4.0 (MF4.0) initiatives.
