Our Sales Department in Vietnam is looking for a Demand Planning Manager
Your Responsibilities:
*Manage demand planning activities to be in line with global directions with local adaptation
- Fully responsible for preparation of monthly IDSP report and according to regional assigned OTB to set guidelines and targets for demand planner and assortment team for order placement to be in line with target stock projection to meet company DOH and ending stock.
- Fully responsible for Budget preparation and submission on product angles from segment to SPM%; Monthly EBIT update on IVA, IDSP stock and SPM% development
- Set guidelines, targets and confirmation of range selection from selection to OE entry with reference to brand strategies, local requirements as well as historical performance. Master SPICE set up and update all demand planning tools for the team to facilitate novelty orders planning in more effective and efficient way
- Work closing with all relevant parties and set guidelines and targets for Master PLC (aging status) and stock reduction programs for assortment team for execution
- Master data on stock management, product performance, aging development to provide respective advice for local management and feedback to global management
- PIC for all demand planning related projects / meetings for both internal and external parties
* Manage order fulfilment activities to supports sales activities for all channels
- Fully responsible for Smart Supply operations from uploading activation list to deactivate materials for stock consolidation; PIC for communication with Smart Supply team for any issues / update or new developments
- To make best use of Smart Supply and new excel tools for Counter-to-counter transfer process in a more efficient and logical manner, Stock Consolidation between counters
- Make sure of reports and analysis from Smart Supply to control and monitor OOS for key series and items Master data management and system integration for various IT issues and projects

- Consolidate and verify all data from the teams for Sales budgeting, together with stock management. Better coordinate between Data management and Demand planning team. Shorten budget preparation time
- Ensure accurate and precise business analysis or reports to all related parties
Your Responsibilities:

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with all possible central departments, and regional organization
- Self-motivated with positive "can do" approach and performance-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with ability of prioritizing workload
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
