1. Demand Planning:
Develop sales forecasts at multiple aggregation levels, including demand plans by product, category and customer.
Analyze historical sales trends and prepare forecasting data.
Develop statistical forecasting models and evaluate outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to understand demand drivers.
Provide input data (Sales, Ordering, Pending, Stock, Leadtime) to support supply planning.
Reconcile inventory and manage inventory reports, including turnover analysis.
2. Supply Planning:
Manage inventory status at each point of the supply chain.
Establish supplier lead time capabilities and monitor responsiveness to demand changes.
Track purchase orders from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to the market.
3. S&OP Process Management:
Organize and facilitate weekly S&OP meetings with relevant departments: Marketing, Sales, Accounting.
Collect and adjust weekly/monthly plans, ensuring demand forecasts align with company sales targets.
Report key metrics: inventory orders, sales-out vs forecast and order status (Completed/Pending).
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Economics-related fields, preferably in Logistics, Data Analysis, International Business, Commerce or related areas.
Experience: Open for fresher to junior candidates with a strong career orientation in demand supply planning.
Skills:
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of supply chain and demand forecasting.
Strong communication, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
English communication skills are a plus.
Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, dynamic, logical thinking and good analytical skills.
