- To prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes.
- To prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
- To clean and re-sets his/her working area.
- To communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
- To provide direction to the subordinates.
- To communicates to his/her Superior(s) any difficulties, guest or internal customer complaints/requests/comments and other relevant information.
- To ensure that all operations are in compliance with SOP.
- To attend hotel and departmental meetings and training sessions fully.
- To comply with hotel's health, safety and hygiene policy.
- To adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Professional certificate in Culinary.
- Basic English communication.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
- Good health conditions.
- Willing to work in shifts.
