Job Responsiblities
- Provide advice to the Department Head and the Company's Board of Directors on management, administration, and implementation of projects/tenders.
- Organize and oversee the execution of projects/tenders, making decisions on issues related to daily construction activities within the scope of work.
- Monitor and manage technical aspects and quality of construction, oversee acceptance processes, and track contractor progress according to the agreed contract schedule.
- Supervise, monitor, and prepare cost estimates for project implementation.
- Prepare documents and forms to manage, track, and oversee project plans and progress. Report, propose, and remind relevant parties about project timelines and quality.
- Manage and direct department staff, and propose policies and benefits for subordinate employees.
- Improve internal processes and regulations, and propose solutions to enhance the operations and quality of the Construction Department.
- Report directly to the Department Head and the Company's Board of Directors, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
