Responsible to develop and ensure effective and efficient work plan for the Credit Administration Department including billings and collections, loan documentations and others credit administration functions from the receipt of the stamped Sale and Purchase Agreement until delivery of vacant possession or issuance of the separate document of title whichever is later.
Responsible to formulate procedures and policies for the Credit Administration Department for approval.
Responsible to cultivate teamwork, provide training, coaching and support to the Credit Administration Staff.
Responsible for performance management system for the Credit Administration staff eg. career planning, goal setting, performance tracking and review and appraisal.
Responsible to ensure that the Management Reports are submitted accurately and timely.
Responsible to ensure that proper management of records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developer's system.
Liaison with end-financiers, solicitors and government departments on banking, conveyancing, legal and authorities matters.
Maintain company's interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties.
Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers' and company's information.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
