Việc làm Factory Manager

Mô tả công việc

• Supervises, directly and through subordinate supervisors, all aspects of the activities involved in production process including responsibility for safety, planning, scheduling, and production...
• To control in-process and finished inventories, quality and costs, government inspection and certification.
• Develop and implement effective production strategies and processes to ensure manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness in consultation with GD.
• Ensure that production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the production staff.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure that necessary repairs and routine maintenance are carried out on time.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
• Monitor all aspects of the production process and make adjustments as necessary to optimize production efficiencies.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are observed and that a safe working environment is maintained for all staff.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in production management, technology, and techniques.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in a production management role within the mineral industry or other sophisticated automated production facilities.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
