Mô tả công việc
I. Summary
The Deputy Head of Product Renovation Division plays a pivotal role as a senior leader within the business, alongside key functions such as sales, finance, operations, human resources, and compliance. This strategic leadership position is instrumental in driving business growth and requires a visionary leader to spearhead the strategic and tactical development of new products for our company.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deputy Head of Product Renovation Division performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
1. Product Lifecycle Management:
• Strategically plan and execute the entire product life cycle, from inception to market launch.
• Drive product features, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge.
• Implement effective pricing, contact strategies, and marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
2. Product Development:
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to product launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to bring innovative products to market successfully.
3. CRM Development:
• Establish and manage CRM systems from scratch, including database management and customer life cycle analytics.
• Develop new products based on customer insights and implement CRM processes to enhance customer relationships.
• Lead direct marketing and database marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
4. Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement direct marketing strategies, market segmentation plans, and branding communication initiatives.
• Drive brand positioning and communication strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
5. Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute the product research and development strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with market demands and technological advancements.
6. Innovation and Research:
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Drive research initiatives to understand market needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
7. Additional Responsibilities:
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by senior management to support the overall business objectives and growth.

Yêu cầu
A. Qualification:
- University Graduated in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or Marketing; MBA preferred
B. Work Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance with at least 7-8 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in product management, new product development, and strategic planning
C. Knowledge:
- Retail Banking - Consumer finance, law, business administration, marketing
- Product & policy development
- Product Life Cycle and system set up
- Consumer finance products: Auto loan, mortgage loan, installment loan
D. Skills:
- Has strong leadership abilities, Relationship building, Agility and adaptability, Innovation and creativity, Employee motivation, Decision making, Conflict management, Negotiation and Critical thinking.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to product innovation and market trends.
- Languages: English - Advance, Korean preferred.
- University Graduated in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or Marketing; MBA preferred
B. Work Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance with at least 7-8 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in product management, new product development, and strategic planning
C. Knowledge:

- Product & policy development
