* Generally managing merchandising activities:
- Suppliers's Contract and Rebates;
- Quality and Hygiene Standards;
- Article Master Data on System;
- MD Sales & Profit & Stock Data management: Annual, monthly, daily plan/result, promotion management
* Suppliers's contract and rebates management
- New Supplier Registration: checking articles of contract and progress of contract implementation - supplier's information, payment terms, lead time for delivery, rebates (formal, informal, incentive), rental appendix, etc.
- Monthly: managing rebate settlement on the System: collaborate with Finance and system departments, send Rebate Reports to Suppliers every month
- Yearly: contract renewal management: build & scrap suppliers, rebate target set up, contract & appendix templates preparation (work with the Legal department), check the negotiation result of contract renewal, manage the renewal progress
* Quality and Hygiene standards
- Quality assurance standardization (store, MD, Head office): setting up and following the standard about hygiene & quality for the store, MD, and Head office.
- Product quality papers management: check current and new products' quality papers - follow the expiration date expiration date of quality papers of all products sold at the store.
- Auditing & supporting stores: set up the checklist for stores; support stores to welcome inspection team of government, to solve customer complaints; work with MDs to collect documents for new stores' selling licenses (alcohol license, manufacturing license)
- Hygiene & quality regulations and information update: update continuously regulations and information relating to hygiene & quality to support MDs and stores to have solutions in time
* Article master data on System management
- Daily: new article registration, article status change, article information update (sales/order unit, B.O.M, VAT tax, etc.), adjust & approve daily purchase orders of MDs
- By post: register promotion on S.A.P & XCOMOS system, promotion analysis report
- New store opening: create an articles list on SAP for new stores
* MD sales, profit, stock data management
- Annual, monthly, daily plan & result management: monthly & daily plan set up, daily sales report, weekly & monthly stock report, monthly result prediction (Business meeting)
* Other Tasks: perform other MD support work
