Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in beer, beverages or food manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role as Brewing Manager,
QA Manager, Packaging Manager or
Engineering Manager.
Experience in a brewery or beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of brewery production processes and filling/packaging operations.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, occupational safety, and environmental management systems.
Technical knowledge of direct and indirect materials required for brewing and packaging of beer.
Knowledge of beer brewing and packaging technology and equipment.
Aptitude and skill in understanding and using quantitative information.
Knowledge of production planning, control, and Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge of materials, inventory, and financial control.
Good knowledge of computers and applications.
Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.
