Operations: Manage daily high-end restaurant activities and service flow.
Lead, train, and schedule the front-of-house team.
Enhance guest satisfaction and uphold Omotenashi standards.
Oversee inventory, costs, and daily revenue reports.
Support menu updates and marketing programs.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female. Age: 25 - 35 years old.
Education: College degree or higher.
Experience: At least 02 years in F&B industry with at least 1 year in a management role.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of 15+ staff in high-end restaurant segments.
Language: Basic English communication skills.
