Vị trí Design Coordinator đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc kết nối giữa các bộ phận thiết kế và các bên liên quan để đảm bảo sự phối hợp hiệu quả, đồng bộ và đúng tiến độ trong toàn bộ quy trình thiết kế và thi công.
The Design Coordinator plays a key role in bridging internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination, design consistency, and timely execution throughout the design and construction process.
***Responsibilities:
- Là đầu mối phối hợp giữa các bộ phận thiết kế (
kiến trúc, nội thất, MEP, kết cấu...) và các bên liên quan (khách hàng, tư vấn, nhà thầu).
Act as the main coordinator between design departments (architecture, interior, MEP, structure...) and related stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors).
- Theo dõi và báo cáo tiến độ thiết kế, đảm bảo các giai đoạn thiết kế được thực hiện đúng theo kế hoạch, chất lượng và yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
Monitor and report on the design progress to ensure all stages are executed according to the schedule, quality standards, and technical requirements.
- Kiểm tra, rà soát hồ sơ thiết kế từ các bộ môn, đảm bảo tính đồng bộ và phù hợp với yêu cầu dự án.
Review and cross-check design documents from different disciplines to ensure consistency and alignment with project requirements.
- Tổng hợp, cập nhật và phát hành hồ sơ thiết kế cho các bên liên quan.
Consolidate, update, and issue design documentation to relevant parties.
- Phối hợp các bên liên quan xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình thiết kế và thi công.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues arising during the design and construction phases.
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ thuyết trình và các tài liệu về thiết kế và kỹ thuật
phục vụ công tác đấu thầu / thi công.
Support in preparing presentation materials and technical documents for tendering and construction purposes.
- Làm việc với khách hàng để tiếp nhận yêu cầu thiết kế và phản hồi các thay đổi.
Work directly with clients to gather design requirements and respond to design changes.
