A. JOB OVERVIEW:
a. To handle project activities.
b. To bridge all functions and operation of various departments.
c. To support Technical Director/
Project Manager and Sales Team in the progress of project execution.
d. To present client's technical requirements and specifications on shop drawings.
e. To perform Lux Level Calculation.
B. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle Project activities
a. Review and comply clients' requirements to ensure that the projects are within the capability of the company.
b. Liaises with clients on the submission and approval of documents and shop drawings
c. Set up, follow up and update project schedule regularly.
d. Coordinate with storekeeper to ensure requested material be purchased
e. Coordinate with purchase dept. to ensure requested material be arrived up to schedule
f. To prepare shop drawings for submission and client's approval.
g. Attend site meetings to spearhead talks with clients and consultants.
h. To complete all as-built drawings prior to goods delivery
i. Fully comply all documents requested in the contract.
j. Other tasks assigned by superior.
2. Report:
Project Report: Time of processing, service, components changes, outstanding issues, customer [protected info] a regular basis .
