Design is a core internal function at ODM Group and plays an important role at the beginning of both our commercial and product development processes.
Our Design team works closely with Sales, Product Development, Merchandising and Production to create products that are visually strong, commercially relevant and realistic to manufacture.
We are looking for an experienced Design Lead who can lead our Vietnam design team and strengthen the connection between creative thinking, product development and commercial execution.
THE ROLE
You will lead our
designers while working closely with Sales, Product Development, Merchandising and Production.
The role combines creative direction, product development and team leadership. We need someone who can create strong concepts while also thinking about materials, construction, cost and how products will actually be manufactured.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the Vietnam design team.
- Turn client briefs and early ideas into strong product concepts and visualizations.
- Guide product design, graphic execution, mock-ups, renders and presentations.
- Work with Sales to develop creative and commercially relevant ideas for clients.
- Consider materials, manufacturing methods, cost, MOQ and feasibility during design.
- Work with Product Development and suppliers to improve concepts during sampling and production.
- Review the team's work and maintain strong design standards.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and selected client presentations.
