KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Management & Coordination
• Lead all design stages, from feasibility to post-construction, in line with the project schedule.
• Manage architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants and their deliverables.
• Serve as the main design contact between management, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Technical Review & Compliance
• Review drawings, specifications, and details for coordination, constructability, and cost.
• Ensure designs comply with Cambodian building regulations and company standards.
• Recommend construction materials and finishes that balance quality, cost, and buildability.
Construction Support
• Advise the construction team on construction methods, value engineering, and site design issues.
• Manage drawing control, design changes, shop drawing approvals, and RFIs.
• Coordinate building permit submissions and maintain the design register and as-built records.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's in Building Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years as a Design Manager on residential or commercial projects, ideally client-side.
• Strong design coordination and detailing experience; good knowledge of Cambodian codes and permits.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/BIM, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills across consultants and site teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Khmer is an advantage.
