Mô tả công việc
Lead and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Oversee the creation of user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design strategies.
Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance product design.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Present design concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience in blockchain or AI-related projects is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
5+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Salary: Up to $4,000/month (100% offered during the probation period).
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).
