Role Purpose
Shape how the brand is perceived by consumers through creative ideas and a consistent visual identity, going beyond execution into concept development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation
Develop concepts for campaigns, key visuals, and brand activities
Contribute from early-stage ideation, not just execution
2. Art Direction & Brand Visual
Define and maintain visual direction across channels (digital, POSM, events)
Ensure consistency with brand identity
3. Design Execution
Deliver creative assets (KV, social content, POSM, packaging)
Work with production teams to ensure output quality
4. Creative Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Marketing team and agencies
Contribute creative perspectives to campaign development
Yêu cầu
Professional Experience & Skills
2-5 years of experience in Creative / Art / Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
Strong aesthetic sense with understanding of branding and consumer behavior
Startup DNA (Must-have mindset)
Proactive in proposing ideas, not waiting for detailed briefs
Comfortable with fast iterations and changing directions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Capable of both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
Strong ownership of final creative outputs
