Key Responsibilities
Lead the design team to create compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns and pitching that align with client strategy.
Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality design deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Planning) to understand brief requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
Conceptualize and design event branding, including but not limited to, logo & key visual, POSM, banner & signage, invitations, presentation and marketing collateral.
Develop
digital marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, campaigns' logos and key visuals, editorial images
Continuously improve design processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a design leadership role (2D, 3D)
Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design skills, including marketing campaigns and event design.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop,etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.
