PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION
To support the Licensed Football APP Design and Product Creation for South East Asia specific products and teams. Drive and elevate technical (graphic) design execution (70%) while supporting product marketing and storytelling (30%) within the Creation Center Vietnam. This role operates across a broad portfolio covering design, technical product construction, materials, and process optimization, with a strong focus on speed to market, efficiency, and delivering margin expectations. It is responsible for managing dedicated projects and driving end-to-end processes, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration, including close interaction with T1, T2, local markets, and Sourcing. At the same time, the role ensures that product concepts, club briefs, and technical features are translated into best-in-class visual solutions and compelling product narratives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design
- Lead the creation of graphics across ranges and seasonal product collections
- Translate product concepts into clear and impactful visual executions
- Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions.
- Self-Manage own creative process and execute towards given directions.
- Develop product-focused visual assets for presentations, milestones, and internal communication. Visualize your designs by using 3D tools.
- Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Development teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility and cluster teams to ensure market & partner relevance
- Drive continuous improvement of graphic execution standards and tools within the Creation Center
- Ensure proper handover of tech packs into development, such as sketches, detail sketches, fabric and trim indication, artworks etc.
Product Marketing
- Maintain accurate and complete product master data to enable downstream systems and processes
- Manage the input and upkeep of product master data and attributes, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for go-to-market execution and sales readiness milestones for assigned product ranges
- Support the development of product storytelling and positioning in line with category direction
- Create sell-in and go-to-market tools (e.g., presentations, product sheets, visual toolkits)
- Contribute to range storytelling frameworks, ensuring clear communication of product benefits
- Drive the execution of seasonal product portfolio plans and its tactics by aligning cross functional teams and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives
- Support preparation of key seasonal milestones and market deliverables
- Conduct data analysis to identify market patterns, consumer preferences, and product performance drivers to optimize product offerings and business planning • Monitor financial performance and key product KPIs (like buying volume, revenue, margin, and sell-through) to support business health and strategic decision-making by sharing operational insights

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong (Graphic) Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Clo3D, ...)
- Ability to translate club briefs into compelling visuals and stories
- Solid understanding of product marketing and consumer communication principles
- Strong attention to detail and executional excellence
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken): fluency in another language relevant to key markets a plus
- Digital fluency in Office 365 applications and product and marketing tool
- Ability to travel -25% of the time
