Responsibilities

Build real production features under 1-1 senior engineer mentorship (your code goes live, not into a demo bucket)
Learn the production stack on real codebases: TypeScript, React, [protected info] 16, Tailwind, [protected info] / FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker
Participate in AI integration sprints: OpenAI / Anthropic API, LangChain, basic RAG pipelines
Daily standup with international team in English (this is the most important skill you'll build)
Get weekly code review from a tech lead - substantive, not rubber-stamp
Read and contribute to a real production codebase (49+ blog posts, 11 case studies, live AI agent system)

Requirements

Year 3-4 IT / CS / Math-IT student (HUST, UET, FPT, Greenwich, RMIT, KMA, PTIT, etc.) or recent graduate
Solid foundation: JavaScript / TypeScript, Git, HTML / CSS, REST API basics
At least one personal project deployed live (Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages - share the link)
English: read MDN / Stack Overflow / RFC docs without translating
Proactive, disciplined, asks questions - engineering = communication
Available full 3 months (full-time or minimum 4 days/week)

Nice to have (priority hire)

React / [protected info] / React Native production experience
Python (FastAPI / Django)
Hobby projects with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
Open-source contributions on GitHub (merged PRs)
Personal blog or [protected info] / Medium articles
Hackathon / ICPC / Codeforces ratings
