As an internship, you'll participate in a free training course for 2-3 months with a systematic roadmap:
Phase 1: Integration training
Phase 2: In-class training:
Trainees are exposed to knowledge of IT industry and necessary professional skills through various in-class training programs.
Phase 3: Rotation and graduation:
Each trainee will be rotated in personal projects, challenging to tackle different tasks and assignments and interact with different people along the journey. At the end of program, each trainee has to defend their project.
Phase 4: Apprenticeship/Probationary
Participating in soft skills and workflow training program
Participating in reality projects of VMO's client after training depend on trainee's capacity

Good at communication in English (Strongest in Speaking, Writing and Reading is needed)
University graduate in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics,... is preferred
Having basic knowledge of programming languages or testing
Willing to work and stick with VMO after joning the program
Energetic, hardworking and eager to learn
