The Job
- Be responsible for whole assigned projects of development technique & control Dev Team operation
- Manage Team development with project &skill technique, re-structure & assign job, retain & training members with technique roadmap
- Create vision & direction for Development team to follow company strategy & direction from Top Management
- Manage development processes implementation and execution in organization.
- Interviews, identifies and trains relevant skilled people to be part of Development team & build a team of variety of skilled people
- Supervision of team members and processes, ensuring team consistency.
- Evaluates performance of team members on timely basis and guide them to grow.
- Being a contact point with stakeholders for requirements, quotation, contract
- Works with stakeholders to keep the team morale high by resolving high level problems.
- Establishes and maintains professional relationship with stakeholders, customers and partners.
- Implementing highest level of planning and co-ordination.
- Can be on-board in mid of May 2025 (Urgent)
Your Skills and Experience
- Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years' experience work as Developer or Dev Lead or Tech Lead
- 3+ years' experience work as Dev Manager position to report to Head of company
- A working knowledge and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT (or equivalent Project Management related software)
- A working knowledge of development of Application & Web services
- Understanding operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Knowledge of various programming languages (especially C++) and at least one scripting language (NodeJS) and REST web services (e.g. Express, NestJS, ReactJS...)
- Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo
- Experience with public or private cloud resources and services (especially AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud)
- Knowledge about AI/ML, Computer Vision
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
- Success at building, managing, and troubleshooting servers
- Strong willingness to keep up on the latest and greatest technologies that emerge
- Good communication skills in English & presentation reporting & solving skill
- Other skills and knowledge (Advantaged): Basic knowledge of healthcare domain, X-ray imaging, dental imaging, Extraoral Radiography (CT & Pano & Ceph), Intraoral (Sensor & Camera & Scanner)
