Your role & responsibilities
- Managing project scope before, during, and post-delivery.
- Working closely with Developers, System Engineers, Account Managers, and Product Managers.
- Overseeing deployments and new releases.
- Reviewing code.
- Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
- Providing leadership, support, and motivation to technical team members.
- Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
- Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products.
- Other duties as assigned
Your skills & qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in ERP solution management
- In-depth knowledge and experience with popular software and applications across various fields (SAP B1, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
- Experience with security code reviews, security architecture, and SAST
- Experience coding full-stack projects with PHP
- Experience with the LAMP/LEMP stack
- Knowledge of ReactJS
- Knowledge of threat modeling
- Experience with web penetration testing
- Able to explain complex ideas either verbally or in writing to a mixture of audiences
- Understanding new software and technology trends (AI, Cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, etc.).
