About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong English communication skills to join our HCM team. You will work directly with international clients and cross-functional teams to design, automate and operate reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure for enterprise-grade digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
Provision and manage cloud and/or on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation...)
Deploy, operate and optimize containerized applications on Docker and Kubernetes
Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch...) to ensure system availability and performance
Implement security best practices: access control, secrets management, vulnerability scanning and compliance requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with
developers, QA and
project managers to improve release processes and system reliability
Communicate directly with clients in English: clarify technical requirements, report status and propose solutions
Write and maintain technical documentation (architecture, runbooks, operating procedures)
Requirements
Must-have
2+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE or System Engineer role
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent)
Strong Linux administration skills and scripting ability (Bash, Python or similar)
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP)
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing), with the ability to work directly with international clients and team members
Nice-to-have
Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, Azure Administrator...)
Experience with on-premise infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments
Knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) and service mesh (Istio)
Experience in banking, fintech, or eCommerce projects with high security and availability requirements
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools (SonarQube, Trivy, Vault)
