Job Description:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development workflows
Build and manage infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability, availability, and security
Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems across environments
Automate infrastructure provisioning and recurring operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code
Support development and QA teams by maintaining stable and efficient environments
Perform infrastructure reviews and drive improvements for performance, reliability, and costefficiency
Participate in incident response and drive root cause analysis and resolution
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure components
Qualifications
Proficient in English communication (B2 or better); experienced in conducting full technical interviews with foreign clients/interviewers.
5+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer
Strong knowledge of Linux systems and system configuration automation
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines or similar tools
Deep understanding of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience working with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, etc.
Solid understanding of networking and security
Strong scripting skills in Bash for automation. (Python as bonus)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
