● Build, maintain, monitor, upgrade and continuously improve a robust, performant
and scalable infrastructure to run Minswap apps.
● Build a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to notify the engineering
team of issues as soon as possible, investigate the issues and fix them if possible.
● Cultivate a culture of DevSecOps and good DX for the engineering team, improve
development velocity and CI/CD pipelines. Help and train the engineering team with
daily infrastructure issues.
● Keep up-to-date with latest news and developments in the relevant fields,
experiment with new tech when suitable.
● Keep watch and improve team-wide security practices and mindset. Defend DDoS.
● Optimize server and cloud costs.
Hiring process: 1 test project (2-3h to complete) + 1 live round
Yêu cầu
Experience:
● 3+ years of professional experience working in modern infrastructure of high-traffic apps.
● Experience working in financial or blockchain products is a plus.
Technical skills:
● Deep understanding of Linux, networking stack, containerization and Kubernetes
● Deep knowledge of backend development and architecture, proficient in at least
one backend language (Java, Go,...)
● Proficient in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python,...)
● Experience working with at least a cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure)
● Experience in toolings such as Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible
● Experience with operating and monitoring popular databases (PostgresQL, Redis,
Elasticsearch,...)
● Experience with building CI/CD pipelines, preferably Github Actions.
● Bonus point: Experience operating bare metal servers, defending DDoS, or working with EKS and Karpenter.
Soft skills:
● Leadership and passion to improve the tech and security standard of the whole
company.
● Good at problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to communicate and work in English.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Quyền lợi
● Gross salary: Up to $3000 (negotiable)
● Bonuses: 13th month bonus, token bonus, product launch bonus. More bonus
