Experienced or comfortable in working with Python to create new scripts, tools or security solutions.
Working proficiency in Linux environment
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
Working proficiency in container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes
Expect to adopt DevSecOps engineering methodologies, and CI/CD automation and security integration points (GitHub Enterprise, artifacts management, etc.)
Familiarity in at least one of the Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Python, Go, Rust and be willing to pick-up or learn new language or mark-up language when required.
Familiarity in Information Security frameworks/standards (i.e. CIS, NIST, ISO27000, RFC2196, etc).
Familiarity in security areas such as Key Management Systems, Certificate Management, Encryption, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, Security and Monitoring tools, etc.
Has a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or engineering, or cloud or security accreditation/certifications or equivalent industry experience. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement and maintain Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment automation pipelines to delivery software from code to production, with quality, speed, security and compliance in mind.
Design, develop, implement and maintain application packaging including but not limited to Helm, Docker, Helmfile etc.
Design, develop, implement and maintain application dependent components and sub-systems.
Design, develop, implement and maintain development and testing environments with associated automation pipeline.
Act as the subject matter expert for DevOps implementation in the organization.
Collaborate with development team to implement DevOps CI/CD automation to the SDLC. Preferable Individual qualities
