Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a DFM & NPI Manager (PCB, USD 2,700, ID 22851):
Act as the central technical liaison communicating directly with key global clients.
Perform comprehensive technical evaluations of incoming customer specifications, Gerber files, and PCB stack-ups to guarantee process feasibility through rigorous DFM assessments.
Lead technical alignment sessions with international stakeholders, presenting engineering recommendations, risk mitigation strategies, and capability overviews.
Partner closely with cross-functional internal units to translate complex design intent into executable production flows.
Drive the resolution of Engineering Queries (EQs), specification mismatches, and engineering change orders to maintain consistency between design packages and shop-floor conditions.
Oversee front-end readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI), tracking technical issues and resolving potential bottlenecks prior to mass manufacturing.
Systematically capture key technical decisions and customer agreements to establish unified operational instructions across internal execution teams.
Requirement
Gender / Age Preference: Male, aged 30 - 45.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience within the PCB manufacturing sector, incorporating at least 5 years of specialized exposure in DFM or NPI Manager.
Proven hands-on track record in analyzing Gerber files, evaluating PCB stack-ups, and executing DFM methodologies specifically for Multilayer rigid PCBs and HDI technology.
Soft Skills: Strong technical communication and presentation capabilities with the ability to engage, advise, and negotiate directly with foreign engineering teams.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English across all four skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking - mandatory).
