Project Documentation Management:
Review project scope of work (SOW).
Review and sign contracts with contractors.
Review and sign contracts with subcontractors.
Manage project records and documentation.
Review and submit the Completion Report for project close-out approval.
Project Budgeting & Planning:
Set up projects on management software, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and construction schedules.
Collaborate with suppliers, factories, and clients to determine optimal scheduling solutions for all parties while maintaining realistic expectations.
Project Cost Management:
Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting.
Handle cost variations and allocate invoices according to Purchase Orders (PO).
Process payment documentation, monthly invoicing, debt settlement, and retention funds.
Coordination: Manage project material samples (finishes, hardware, etc.) and schedule on-site installations.
Logistics coordination: Schedule ex-factory dates and site delivery timelines for containers.
Proactively investigate, respond to, and resolve customer complaints to achieve optimal outcomes.
Reporting & Monitoring:
Provide weekly project progress updates to clients and management.
Identify and provide early warnings for schedule risks or production issues.
Prepare content for and participate in weekly briefing meetings.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge of joinery and interior fit-out/construction processes.
Experience working in the interior design industry is a major plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
Prior experience with project management software, estimation/budgeting software, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite is preferred.
Proactive mindset with a strong ability to investigate, respond to, and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Professional communication skills with persuasive negotiation abilities.
High sense of responsibility, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
